70's Blue and White Mini Dress Size 12

A sharp navy-blue smock style mini dress, circa 1970's with a white vertical inlay on ether sides of the button front with a very mid-century style stitch detail running through it. 

Please note: this has definitely been shortened by a previous owner. 

Condition: overall great for its age, there is a couple of spots on the white inlay where the stitching has come up (pictured)
